02 — About

I've spent the last seven-plus years helping nonprofits turn generosity into real, measurable impact. My work lives where fundraising operations, project management, and stakeholder engagement meet — leading cross-functional teams, managing vendors and contracts, and building the data reports and dashboards that keep multimillion-dollar initiatives on track.

I care about the quiet infrastructure that makes good work possible: streamlining processes, writing clear SOPs, and letting data guide the decisions. And I love the human side of it most — recruiting and training volunteers, stewarding donors, and building community relationships that last.
