Angelic Conn, in her own words
I’m a nonprofit development and events leader. For seven-plus years I’ve helped mission-driven organizations turn generosity into lasting impact — managing a revenue portfolio of more than a million dollars*, and training the volunteers who make every event possible†.
Most recently I served as Area Director for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, leading fundraising and volunteer programs across South Florida. Before that: three years growing a seven-figure portfolio at the American Cancer Society‡, a season with the Alzheimer’s Association, and a first career in transportation planning that taught me how to run a project properly.
I’ve spent the last seven-plus years helping nonprofits turn generosity into real, measurable impact. My work lives where fundraising operations, project management, and stakeholder engagement meet — leading cross-functional teams, managing vendors and contracts, and building the data reports and dashboards§ that keep multimillion-dollar initiatives on track.
I care about the quiet infrastructure that makes good work possible: streamlining processes, writing clear SOPs‖, and letting data guide the decisions. And I love the human side of it most — recruiting and training volunteers, stewarding donors, and building community relationships that last.
